Since 2004 the academy has had 36 talented individuals pass its rigorous training programme to go onto become leaders in the financial services sector.  The alumni have made significant contributions as equity analysts, economists, portfolio managers and corporate finance specialists.

The academy has played a vital role in advancing transformation within the industry, not only by upskilling individuals but also by fostering a culture of inclusion and leadership.
